That’s great to hear, Veronica.

I think there’s a lot of people feeling the same way, who find a lot of the “help” a little simplistic or over the top.

I’m feeling my way - so it’s good to get constructive, helpful feedback.

This piece has helped me to grasp how one can travel through life without constantly looking back and trying to find answers to the whys. Thank you.

Thank you Craig for this piece! I’m beyond impressed! I needed so much to hear this! It’s so hard to accept fact in the moment! We want to desperately cling on to the past. And yet unless we step into the present and let go of the past, we can’t step into a future that is unfolding for us! Thanks so much for sharing this piece freely. Appreciate it much!

Hello Craig, There is something quite original about your blogs. Maybe it’s your practical approach to an incredibly complex subject. But I’m finding them very helpful and can relate to much of what you say. I look forward to your next one.

It's finding a way to comfortably live with the acceptance too - almost at times along side it and then getting to a point where you can eventually except it. Also the realisation - and acceptance - that we assume we can control what happens - and accepting that too..

I think that’s an excellent point, Beth.

Part of what I was trying to say is that we can see the way things work or are - but we may still be angry about it. A big part of it is - as you say - being comfortable with it.

I hope you will keep reading my pieces. They are out every Sunday. Keep letting me know what you think.
